The Career Management System (CMS) is an online portal where employees, in conjunction with their managers, can access
and complete their performance reviews, set personal goals, outline development plans, and sign up for learning courses.
Login Instructions: your User ID is your Flatiron or EE Cruz email OR your employee ID# (EE Cruz Employees must
add EEC to the beginning of their ID's. i.e. EEC123).
